for Ecodesign
Lecting ecological impact is not anymore an option.
Designing products without considering their environmental impact is no longer an option. This brings up two main challenges: integrating greater complexity into our processes, as considering the life cycle adds a new layer, and acquiring the necessary skills for impact assessment without delving into a detailed life cycle, which can be lengthy, costly, and too detailed for early-stage decisions.
Regulatory authorities are increasingly mandating transparency regarding the ecological impact of products and services; failing to meet these new expectations could result in losing customers and jeopardizing a leadership position.
In 2024, Geeglee triumphed in a CNES "eco-design", collaborating with impact assessment experts to develop a mind map that can be utilized independently or integrated into Geeglee software, streamlining upstream evaluation and promoting informed eco-design for new systems beyond just those in the space sector. Geeglee has requested that this work be made publicly available along with the mind map
3 easy steps
-
Step 1: Get the Mind Map!
-
Make a mind map and import it into Geeglee Pattern
(GEP will generate, automatically in a few seconds, a model of your project)
-

-
Step 2: complete the missing data
-
Geeglee Pattern will create a table with missing data to complete
(Data can be filled using import/export of an Excel file)
-

-
Step 3: Use the generated "app" to decide
-
Run the exploration of solutions and let Geeglee Pattern generate an "app" to let you decide
(Geeglee Pattern will automatically generate an "app" including all the scenarios and trade-offs to let you take the hand on the decision.)
